To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at returns@kixmonster.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. I recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item. I do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Inspection and Refund/Exchange Process

Once I receive your return, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. In the case of an exchange, I will dispatch the new item promptly.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including personalized or customized items, perishable goods, and items classified as hazardous materials.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will provide further instructions on how to proceed with a return or replacement.

8. Refunds
